Main tasks for the Data Protection Cyber Security Senior Consultant will be:

• Helping Company’s Clients to assess the efficacy and productivity of their cybersecurity and resiliency programs in the context of the business growth and operations strategies
• Being a part of an international team of specialists
• Creating value for Company’s Clients, using holistic view on cybersecurity plans of their organizations and contributing towards their business resilience
• Identifying deficiencies and delivering recommendations along with guidelines to improve cyber resilience
• Building Data Protection solution concepts and deploying requirements
• Implementing Data Protection tools and endpoint protection
• Cooperating with vendors to support the Data Protection technology (troubleshooting, upgrades, etc.)
• Managing the Data Protection tools including configuring principles, rationalizing and patching, etc.
• Controlling and reacting to alerts generated from the Data Protection systems and other technologies
• Understanding and following the incident response process through event escalations
• Reacting to escalations by the Incident Response Team
• Monitoring processes to maintain the leading DLP/DATA CLASSIFICATION/CASB/Encryption/DAM system
• Supporting clients in privacy related incident response activities
• Supporting the client’s team by acting as an interim team member (e.g. security officer, security manager, security analyst.)

The Candidate should have:

• Educational background with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a similar field
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in supporting Data Security Technology
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in at least two of the following:
  • Information Security concepts related to Governance, Risk & Compliance
  • DLP/Data Classification/CASB/DAM, Encryption, PKI, CLM Technology support and Event Handling
• Experience in management of the DLP, CLASSIFICATION, CASB, DAM tools which includes configuring policies, rationalizing and patching for leading vendors (Symantec, O365, McAfee, Forcepoint, Netskope, IBM, Vormetric, Venafi, MS PKI etc.)
• Ability to:
  • Independently research and solve technical issues
  • Work in and adapt to a changing environment
• Proven integrity in a professional environment
• Familiarity with core Information Security concepts related to Governance, Risk & Compliance
• Capability to:
  • Extend required support for any reported data protection and privacy incidents such as information breaches and leakages
  • Maintain current data protection and privacy expertise, skills and competences
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Technical/Vendor certification
• Experience in utilizing and familiarity with other data protection technology like Encryption, PKI, CLM, HSM
