Seargin is looking for a Data Engineer

  • Position: Data Engineer
  • Technologies: Airflow, DBT, Dashboards, SQL
  • Location: Barcelona/Remote/Hybrid

The main tasks for the Data Engineer will be:
  • Working on Data Engineering Projects with technologies like Airflow and DBT
  • Supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

The Candidate should have:
  • Professional working background with
    • Creating production-grade ELT pipelines with DBT (1+ years)
    • Working on BI dashboarding tools (e.g. Looker, Power BI, Qlik sense…) for at least 2 years
  • Solid experience with data orchestrators (Apache Airflow) and cloud databases
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Proactive, autonomous and with analytical skills
  • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 
  • Knowledge of Snowflake
