The main tasks for the Custom Applications TAR/STAR will be:

• Continued improvement of operational quality of assigned applications
• Ensuring proper handling of application lifecycle activities across assigned portfolio
• Helping in various stages of application lifecycles, from intake until decommissioning
• Actively participating in shaping application landscapes and reporting capabilities of assigned areas
• Transferring audit findings and documentation requirements

The Candidate should have:

• Professional background in application management activities and the ITIL service operation
• The ability to work with various forms of documentation
• General knowledge of IT landscapes
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
