Seargin is looking for a Cloud Senior Engineer / Architect

Main tasks for the Cloud Senior Engineer / Architect will be:

• Leading both technically and process wise, supporting and advising our clients on protecting themselves against the ever changing cyber threat landscape
• Helping our clients with their most complex information security needs and contributing toward their business resilience

The Candidate should have:

• Senior (at least 10 years) experience in IT along with found (minimum 5 years) domain experience in cloud architecture or engineering capacity
• Expertise in technical architecture, incl. tiered security architecture design
• Excellent technical knowledge and the capability to convert customer’s requirements to the delivery of a technology or designed architecture
• Ability to play a role of partner or advisor for the client for minimum one of following areas:
  • SAST/DAST
  • OT
  • IoT
  • Cloud security
  • Containers security
  • Controls in cloud
  • Cloud migration
• Knowledge of:
  • Cloud delivery, security and implementation models for IaaS, PaaS, SaaS offerings provided by (minimum one of):
    • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
    • Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud platforms
  • Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) into SaaS services and integration of CASB to SOC/SIEM services
• Practical knowledge of key cloud security standards e.g. NIST, CIS, CSA
• Ability to provide security review of network and system architecture designs
• Readiness to travel
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Familiarity with RFP (request for proposal) process
• Knowledge of German or other European language
• Certificates or readiness to pass them AZ-3xx, AZ-1xx, CCSP, CCSK or equivalent
