Seargin is looking for a Cloud Application Administrator

The main tasks for the Cloud Application Administrator will be:

• ​Creating private cloud architecture for hosting of new IT products and services
• Developing and forming the environment, integrating with existing IT infrastructure
• Deploying new products and services
• Taking over responsibility for administration of infrastructure
• Administering applications running on the infrastructure
• Ensuring availability and security of services provided
• Collaborating closely with IT infrastructure teams, developers and product owners

The Candidate should have:

• At least 3 years’ of experience in IT Services/Product delivery
• Experience in:
  • Software products/services operation and administration
  • Container orchestration frameworks such as Kubernetes/Helm, OpenShift and Docker
  • Supporting Linux systems hosted in a cloud environment
  • Monitoring cloud infrastructure (private or public)
  • Implementing WebServices (Rest API)
• Knowledge of IT Risk and security fundamentals in private cloud
• Familiarity with at least one script language or programming (Bash, Python, PowerShell, other)
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Basic understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
