Seargin is looking for a Business Support Specialist (with Spanish)

In this position you will be responsible for:

• Contact with potential customers via email, chat, phone, social media;
• Preparation of marketing materials;
• Supporting employees and managers in administrative and/or sales matters directly or via email, chat, phone;
• Troubleshooting problems while maintaining a professional approach to serving the respective stakeholder (various departments inside and outside the company);
• Collecting and verifying customer data required necessary for the sales department;
• Ensuring confidentiality, accuracy and timely handling of colleagues' enquiries in line with the requirements of RODO;
• Setting priorities to achieve the highest possible results;
• Entering and updating data into systems.

Our requirements:

• A minimum of one year's experience in sales/recruitment/customer service aera.
• Ability to work in an orderly and systematic manner, even with repetitive tasks;
• Native level of Spanish language;
• Very good knowledge of English language (min. B2);
• Ability to deal with problems and have a professional approach towards customers;
• Ability to work in a team and manage priorities.
