The main tasks for the Business Solutions Analyst will be:

• Helping the IT Product Manager and Business Relationship Managers in the improvement of the IT strategy for a particular product.
• Analyzing, documenting and analyzing program development, logic, process flows and requirements.
• Documenting training resources for the product area.
• Providing guidance to the end users, deployment and support crews.
• Supporting the assessment and resolving of solution problems as part of the third level sustain.
• Creating business scenarios and use cases for the produce mix, together with product presentation, specification and the shift managing necessary to maximize its adoption/value.
• Working with IS/IT Product Managers to identify the minimum feasible product that fulfills the business need.
• Identifying openings in current functionalities, choices for improvement and opportunities for process automation.
• Taking responsibility for recognizing security & compliance needs, involving roles, combined with the business procedures and ensuring they are considered in the solution design.
• Partnering with business and IS/IT to stimulating, evaluating, translating and documenting business needs, pain points or prospects into IS/IT needs.
• Supporting the business investors and offering the best IT goods to help their strategic objectives.
• Supervising actions assigned to outside partners and drive remedial actions and offering assistance.
• Building business projects in IT work packages to be provided by exterior partners.

The Candidate should have:

• Familiarity in tools appropriate for position:
  • Customer Service
• Bachelor’s grade in:
  • Business
  • Information systems
  • Or related discipline.
• 5 or more years of appropriate practice of business evaluation in a relevant functional area.
• Project management practice.
• Practice working in an Agile/DevOps setting utilizing design thinking approach.
• Strong sense of:
  • Basic system engineering
  • Information risk and security guidelines
  • And architecture standards.
• Sense of numerous software development methods.
• Sense of modeling methods.
• Superb sense of business intricacy and interdependencies.
• Sense of business practices and capability to translate it into application needs.
• Profound sense of the IT landscape in the operational area.
• Practice working in a global setting and with virtual teams.
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
