Main tasks for the Business Analyst Banking will be:

• Working as a team/team lead in at least one Banking project
• Interfacing and communicating with onsite coordinators
• Performing assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators
• Communicating with the customer representatives as and when needed
• Travelling to customers locations on need basis
• Creating a quality work culture
• Managing the performance management for the direct reportees, as per the organization policies
• Fostering teamwork and leading by example
• Training and mentoring of project team members
• Taking part in organization-wide people initiatives

The Candidate should have:

• Experience in at least 1 end to end implementation of Banking Solution as Business Analyst
• Professional background in implementation & supporting customer’s platform with digital lenders, start-ups, microfinance organizations and new business units of traditional banks
• Capability to gather business requirements (product settings, workflows, accounting rules, etc) from our customers and convert these into personalized configuration and setup
• Experience in:
  • Supporting and Q&A to existing customers and their users
  • Broader Banking areas including Retail and Wholesale Banking Across channels – traditional (Branch Banking) and Digital including Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM, Kiosks, IVR, Social
  • Commercial Lending, Transaction Banking, Wholesale Payments, Treasury, SWIFT
  • Using minimum one of following solutions: Mambu, Temenos, NextGen, Finacle, FIS
  • Large Digital Banking transformation initiatives such as Multi Channel Optimization, Customer Experience, Online Banking refresh, Channel migration, payment transformation desirable
  • Acting as a SPOC during SIT and UAT phases and capability to drive the Testing phase of the project
  • Client management (Stakeholder management)
• Great knowledge of new channels and ability to spot trends in fast changing channel technology
• Good understanding of emerging demands of customer centricity and ability to develop solutions to meet that demand
• Strong Stakeholder Management Skills
• Ability to:
  • Deal with crisis and steer the team in the right direction
  • Run client workshops, gather requirements and formalise the MRD document and be able to get sign offs for the same
  • Play a role of a bridge between the client and the Developers, convert the requirement into technical language for developers and testers
  • Analyse and find the root-cause of the issues identified during testing phase
  • Debug and identify the root-cause for Product issues, provide workarounds and liase with Product Team for Permanent fix
  • Identify and formulate data migration strategy alongside the project manager
• Superb documentation skills such as preparing BRD, TSD, FSD
• Capability to act as a Module Lead and manage the Development team & Functional Team
• Competences covering Effort Estimation, Pre-sales support, engagement Assessments, Project planning, Training for clients/Internal staff
• Practical experience on PLSQL
• Good Leadership and presentation skills
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had:
