The main tasks for the Business Analyst will be:

• Working as a business analyst / consultant to participate in numerous technical streams of Insurance application ventures.
• Interfacing, communicating and acting on regular basis with:
  • the onsite managers
  • SMEs
  • Product Vendor
  • Scrum Master
• Running business assessment, identifying functional and non-functional needs and approval standards.
• Interfacing with the client business representatives as and when needed aid to accomplish project and crew goals.
• Participating in the association-wide people ventures.

The Candidate should have:

• Practice in related role and working practice with Insurance platforms:
  • Guidewire
  • EIS
  • Fadata
  • Or Others
• Capability to offer solutions for outside integrations
• Great sense of Agile approach
• Practical understanding and insight on enterprise system combination
• BE, B.Tech /MCA with a sound business practice of 1 year or more
• Capability to offer solutions and approach for the necessary business functionalities in the boundaries of the insurance’s goods and advise the best approach to the client
• Practice in customer facing responsibilities
• Capability to act as a bridge among the customer and the Developers, interpret the necessities into technological language for the developers
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• French Language
• German Language
• Practice in IT projects and/or Insurance division
