The main tasks for the Business Analyst will be:

• Working in following technologies: Business Analysis, BPMN, UML

The Candidate should have:

• Experience in:
  • Creating system analysis using BPMN and UML notation in CASE modeling tools (e.g. Enterprise Architect)
  • Conducting business and systems analysis and documentation of business, functional and non-functional requirements
  • Working as a BA on client-facing applications
• Hands-on knowledge of agile methodologies
• Understanding of:
  • The software development lifecycle, data models, backend and frontend IT systems
  • Analytics, data analysis
• Knowledge of:
  • SQL
  • BI tools
  • Issues related to the analysis of reporting needs
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Familiarity with the insurance domain
