The main tasks for the Business Analyst will be:

• Collaborating actively with the Project Team members and different Stakeholders to collect and document Business requirements for the Certificates Project
• Defining scope of documentation
• Evaluating the effort required to deliver an agreed set of documentation
• Mapping, defining, designing solution processes, including workflows and ownership agreements
• Creating high quality documentation (Governance, Customer, Operational, Technical)
• Determining business requirements for development needs – identifying and defining a solution that maximizes the value delivered by the organization to its stakeholders
• Creating SOPs, one pager, handbooks, user guides, templates
• Collaborating with projects team and related functions to build end-to-end high-quality documentation
• Supporting the preparation of training materials
• Providing Confluence documentation repository
• Creating, merging and handling tasks in Jira

The Candidate should have:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in large organizations
• Knowledge and experience in collecting, analyzing, and documenting of the Business requirements in Cyber security areas (Digital Certificate, PKI, IAM etc.)
• Professional experience in the financial sector: in the Banking industry IT solutions, Business, and the IT Security domain
• Research and analysis skills
• Experience in corporate stakeholder management
• Experience in corporate communication on enterprise level
• Experience in creation of materials for the knowledge sharing and info sessions
• Thrive working with complex end-to-end solutions and processes
• Experience with both on-site and off-site development teams
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
