The main tasks for the Automation Tester will be:

• Developing test automation strategy
• Configuring, maintaining, and executing test automation frameworks across multiple application platforms, such as Mobile, Web, Web Services
• Building test scenarios and acceptance tests
• Creating and executing automated tests scripts
• Suggesting innovative test automation methods and processes
• Providing best practices, defining test data strategies
• Reaching goals and deliverables for Test Automation area within the project plan
• Collaborating closely with project managers, technical leaders, business analysts, and other test team members and working proactively to resolve any issues
• Integrating test cycles with CI/CD pipelines
• Managing test data and test environment

The Candidate should have:

• Expertise in development of automated test scripts (.net, Phyton)
• Experience in
  • LoadRunner/JMeter
  • Functional/non-functional and integration testing
• Familiarity with technologies:
  • SQL
  • API testing
  • Web Services (SOAP, Rest)
  • XML
  • XPath
  • Bash
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of
  • Java
  • Junit
  • TestNG
  • Maven
• Practical understanding of Unix, Web GUI
• Knowledge of Unified Functional Tester (UFT)/QTP, Visual Basic, Selenium
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and techniques in Agile/Scrum
• Experience with ALM, Jira, or other test repository/defect tracking tools
