Main tasks for the Architect CM will be:

• Working as an architect in at least one Implementation project
• Interfacing and communicating with the onsite coordinators
• Performing assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead, Manager and onsite coordinators
• Preparing specifications and development documentation
• Cooperating with customer representatives as and when needed
• Travelling to customers locations on need basis
• Fostering teamwork and leading by example
• Creating a quality work culture
• Administering performance management for the direct reportees, as per the organization policies
• Taking part in the organization-wide people initiatives

The Candidate should have:

• Experience in:
  • At least 1 end to end implementation of Capital Markets Solution as an Architect
  • Implementation & support customer’s platform with digital lenders, start-ups, microfinance organizations and new business units of traditional banks
• Capability to gather business requirements (product settings, workflows, accounting rules, etc) from our customers and convert these into personalized configuration and setup
• Experience with:
  • Capital Marktes products (e.g. IRD, FX, MM, Securities, and other) and Capital Markets Infrastructure & technology skills (e.g. with 1-2 CM software packages)
  • Integration into Clearing houses, Trade Repositories, SWIFT, Settlements, Exchanges
  • Emerging technologies e.g. cloud, Capital Markets FinTechs, Microservices, Robotics
• Good understanding of emerging demands of customer centricity and ability to develop solutions to meet that demand
• Capability to provide ongoing support and Q&A to existing customers and their users
• Strong Stakeholder Management Skills
• Ability to:
  • Manage crisis situations and to steer team in the right direction
  • Run client workshops, gather requirements, formalise MRD document and get sign offs for the same
  • Act as a SPOC during SIT and UAT phases and to drive the Testing phase of the project
  • Act as a Module Lead and lead the Development team & Functional Team
  • Act as a bridge between the client and the Developers, translate the requirement into technical language for the developers
  • Debug and identify the root-cause for Product issues, provide workarounds and liase with Product Team for Permanent fix
  • Identify and formulate data migration strategy alongside the project manager
• Great documentation skills such as preparing BRD, TSD, FSD
• Capability to find and analyse the root-cause of the issues identified during testing phase
• Competences covering Effort Estimation, Pre-sales support, engagement Assessments, Project planning, conducting training for clients/Internal staff
• Practical experience on PLSQL
• Great Leadership and presentation skills
• Successful Client management experience (Stakeholder management)
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
