Seargin is looking for an Android Developer

Main tasks for the Android Developer will be:

• Working on and improving the following areas:
  • Android Operating System – android framework and middleware, platform improvement and stabilization, applications
  • Core Linux – software at low level (protocol stacks, bus interfaces, file systems, memory service, power consumption), Linux kernel, peripherals drivers and communication (e.g. USB), embedded systems
  • Designing, developing and maintaining embedded software dedicated to automotive platforms founded on Linux/Android operating systems
  • Providing support for customers in multinational and agile project groups and also directly joining customer teams at their premises

The Candidate should have:

• Familiarity with:
  • Android OS development
  • Full Android stack counting Linux kernel, Android Ecosystem and Android Debugging
  • C/C++
  • Java
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Experience in Automotive projects
  

The Candidate can expect:

• Permanent / B2B Contract
• Stable, full-time and long-term employment based on employment contract or B2B contract – it’s your decision what you will choose!
• Working mainly remotely. Also after covid situation, we’re planning hybrid work – from time to time could be necessary visit Wrocław or Szczecin branch.

  • All process is remote;
  • 3 steps: first is initial interview with HR team and next are 2 interviews (as  online meetings);
