The main tasks for the Analytic engineer will be:

• Working with technologies
  • Snowflake & SQL
  • GitLab (or similar)
  • live / dbt
  • Data Mesh: theory (& practices)
  • Data Vault 2

The Candidate should have:

• Working experience with
  • Programming language focused on data pipelines, e.g. Python or R (4+ years)
  • SQL (4+ years)
  • Data pipelines maintenance (3+ years)
  • Java and/or Scala (1+ years)
• Expertise in
  • Unix
  • Data serialization languages such as JSON, XML, YAML
  • Git, Gitflow and DevOps tools (e.g. Docker, Bamboo, Jenkins, Terraform
• Minimum 3 years of experience with
  • Different types of storage (filesystem, relation, MPP, NoSQL) and working with various kinds of data (structured, unstructured, metrics, logs, etc.)
  • Data architecture concepts (in any of following areas data modeling, metadata mng., workflow management, ETL/ELT, real-time streaming, data quality, distributed systems)
  • Cloud technologies with emphasis on data pipelines (Airflow, Glue, Dataflow – but also other smart solutions of handling data in the cloud – elastic, redshift, bigquery, lambda, s3, EBS etc.)
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Familiarity with Pharma data formats (SDTM)
• Capability to conduct performance analysis, troubleshooting and remediation
• Very good knowledge of relational databases
