The main tasks for the AEM Developer Senior will be:

• Designing and deploying solutions based on Adobe AEM
• Converting client provided-content into AEM content
• Designing and enhancing solutions around Adobe AEM solution
• Prototyping interactive interfaces with multiple states and roles
• Performing user testing and reporting on the outcomes
• Interfacing with Architects to understand the design skeleton
• Making sure that technical issues are quickly resolved and deploying strategies and solutions to help reduce the likelihood of reoccurrence
• Designing consistent interfaces and experiences across multiple devices
• Performing management and hands-on software design, development, and review
• Working on estimating development tasks
• Managing and/or being managed by remote teams/offices

The Candidate should have:

• Total experience: 8-10 years
• Relevant experience: 4-6 years
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to deliver constructive feedback and the ability to lead by example
• Experience in a dynamic Agile Scrum Delivery Team environment
• Practical experience in:
  • Integration of AEM with other Adobe suite of products, Analytics, Target, Campaign, IO, Launch
  • Designing and building AEM components and working with JCR, AEM workflows
• Experience working on the Latest Adobe Cloud Platform and its SaaS offerings
• Experience in:
  • Setting up and configuring DAM system
  • Preparing migration from other CMS to AEM 7
• Understanding of clients’ business requirements and capability to provide solutions that include AEM and/or with a combination of another package of products (Analytics, Target, DTM, Campaign, Audience Manager)
• Experience with:
  • Solution architect Adobe suite of products
  • Java, JavaScript, J2EE, CSS, and related technologies
  • Front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, and Bootstrap
  • Cross-browser and cross-platform issues (IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
• Practical knowledge and understanding of the following: Apache, App server logs, RESTful web services, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Knowledge of:
  • Usage of AEM in a cloud environment like Adobe Cloud, AWS, or other Basic Linux or Unix concepts and commands
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Experience in upgradation of AEM
