The main tasks for the Senior Fullstack Software Developer will be:

• Participating in shipping new features for our internal Firewall Automation platform and in delivering the best software possible for our customers
• Getting to know the customers’ needs and processes and striving to solve them
• Committed to providing the best possible experience for our users by giving them the ability to use an effective software
• Building features with a "you build it, you run it" mindset and being responsible for testing, deployment, and monitoring of your code

The Candidate should have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development
• Deep knowledge of multiple software development process steps:
  • Preparing requirements and/or user stories
  • Architecture and Design
  • Developing against coding standards
  • Testing on different levels (Unit, Component, System)
  • Continuous Integration and delivery
• Depending on his/her favorite skill set only one of the following bullets is required:
  • If he/she likes backend then some background in Python and some popular frameworks would be useful (e.g. Django, flask, FastAPI).
  • If he/she likes the front end then some background in TypeScript, JS, HTML, CSS, and popular frameworks like angular, react, or vue.js would be very useful
  • He/she has a lot of experience in something else then JS and Python but he/she is open to switch the software stack to become more awesome then he/she already is
• Experience in working with the git flow
• Being empowered to proactively participate in a collaborative environment and being ready to make it on all necessary levels better like technologies, tooling, work practices, and also the establishment of better processes
• Ability to:
  • Use the Jenkins and write a pipeline
  • Value clean code (if a linting tool fails, he/she doesn't commit)
  • Set up a local dev environment, spin up a Docker container
• Experience working in an agile development team. He/she values open communication, constant feedback, and short decision paths
• A "never-stop-learning" attitude and a desire to develop and grow
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
