The main tasks for the Scrum Master will be:

• Making shift and creating the IPL on an agile journey in cooperation with:
  • Additional scrum masters
  • Product owners
  • IPL management
• Helping the crew, alleviating risks, improving utilization and flow to keep the squad on plan and ensure achievements
• Constantly taking the temperature of the scrum crew and tackling problems when necessary
• Owing and enabling the scrum process across 1-2 squads and keeping lined up with the other 4 scrum masters
• Aiding agile ceremonies and helping the product owner keep the backlog in good shape.

The Candidate should have:

• Certification in scrum master with solid practice
• Active attitude and strong relationship-building abilities
• Openness to the direct partnership with the company
• Focusing on improving the crew performance by enhancing processes and team dynamics
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
