Responsibilities:
Define Project Scope and Objectives
Perform needed business domain analytical tasks to initiate and define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop Execution Plans
Understand the application monitoring domain to create tactical and strategic project execution plans, identifying critical paths and alternative strategies
Create Detailed Project Plan
Develop a detailed plan for project activities to track progress, ensure resource availability, and allocate resources effectively
Manage Stakeholder Relationships
Manage the relationship and align expectations with all relevant stakeholders across multiple development areas
Coordinate Internal Resources
Coordinate internal resources for the flawless and timely execution of a specific stream in the application monitoring project
Ensure On-Time Delivery
Ensure that all activities are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Apply Verification Techniques
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, and measure project performance using suitable systems, tools, and techniques
Communicate Across the Organization
Communicate effectively across the organization, providing updates, progress reports, and recommendations to executive leadership and relevant stakeholders
Perform Risk Management
Perform risk management to minimize project risks and create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to the stream
Maintain Documentation
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to the project stream to support ongoing management and future reference

Requirements:
Educational Background
Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Technical Experience
Former experience as a hands-on technical person (developer or infrastructure engineer).
Experience with Agile Frameworks
5+ years of experience with Agile frameworks and principles, with the ability to apply them effectively to streamline the delivery process
Project Management Frameworks
Experience with Project Management frameworks and tools to support project delivery and management.
Proficiency with JIRA
Experience using JIRA for managing Agile projects and tracking progress
IT Project Management
Proven track record in driving IT projects for at least 2 years
Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organizational Skills
Solid organizational skills, including strong problem-solving abilities
Structured and Pragmatic Approach
Structured, pragmatic, and focused on driving outcomes
